Michael E. Griffin, also known to friends and loved ones as Mike or Griff, 69, passed away May 18, 2026 at Concord Hospital. He was born November 28, 1956 in Nashua, New Hampshire, the son of James R. Griffin and Helen L. (Burns) Griffin.

Michael graduated from Bishop Brady High School, Class of 1975. Following graduation, he worked at New Hampshire Hospital, followed by a longer career in sheet metal working at Pitco Frialator, before retiring. Following his retirement he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, as well as engaging with several hobbies such as fishing, gardening, and metal tinkering. He is predeceased by his wife of 36 years, Patricia (Yeazitzis) Griffin, father James and mother Helen, as well as his sisters Kathy Denault, Mary Griffin and Patricia Brock. He is survived by his two sons, Jim Snedeker and wife Hannah Greenwood, and Braum Griffin, as well as sister Sue Seper and husband Mark, several nieces and nephews, and many good friends.

A graveside service will be held at 12 pm on Sunday, September 20th, at Blossom Hill Cemetery, 207 N State St., in Concord, New Hampshire. A reception will follow at Crestwood Mobile Home Community Center, also in Concord, for friends and family to gather, celebrate his life and share fond memories of his time with us. Those who wish to remember Griff in a special way may make donations in his memory to the New Hampshire Kidney Center or the Diabetes Foundation.
