Michael L. Kelly

Michael L. Kelly of Bradford, NH was born on September 21, 1959 and died on July 27, 2023. Spouse and partner of 40 years to the love of his life Robert T. Toppi. Son of Leo and Violette Kelly, brother of Donna Thomas, Constance Kelly, Peter Hillery and uncle and friend to the Rose and Dustin Pfeffer family and to several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Graduate of Kearsarge Regional High School (1977), Plymouth State (1986) Antioch New England Graduate School (1994), Marlboro Graduate Center (2000). Employed by the State of New Hampshire for over 30 years in the behavioral health field. Friend to all animals especially Ishtar, Edgar, Bela, Mac and Ginger. Loved photography and music of all kinds having attended hundreds of concerts of all genres.

In lieu of flowers Michael asked that donations be made to the Human Rights Campaign whose mission includes the following “The Human Rights Campaign https://www.hrc.org/ envisions a world where lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people plus community members who use different language to describe identity are ensured equality and embraced as full members of society at home, at work and in EVERY COMMUNITY”.

In lieu of services, the deceased recommends your intoxicant of choice while listening to a favorite album in it’s entirety, with your phone off. As Dr. McCoy would say, “He’s dead Jim”.
