Michael “Mike” Dubois of Rochester, NH passed away peacefully at home on August 6th, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Nancy; sons Michael and wife Elaine, John and wife Denise, former daughter in law Sarah, four grandchildren—Lindsey and husband Jake, Jennifer, Kaylee, and Jack, great-grandson Wyatt and his brother Roger and wife Maureen and sister Patricia as well as many nieces and nephews.
Born on January 12, 1943, in Rochester, NH and lived there all his life. He attended St. Leo’s elementary school, Spaulding High School and later earned an associate's degree. Mike worked as an apprentice at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard and then for a local CPA firm before founding his own accounting practice in 1983, serving small businesses across southern New Hampshire and Maine.
He was active in his community as a School Board member, City Councilor, and volunteer fire fighter with Engine 3 in Gonic. He belonged to the Knights of Columbus, Elks, and Club Victoire as well as countless boards and committees in and around Rochester.
He was a devoted catholic and current parishioner of St Martins in Somersworth, NH.
Mike enjoyed ocean cruises with Nancy, golf, music, dancing, playing cards, and a good “hot” meal with family and friends.

There will be a cemetery service Saturday, September 13 at 11:00 AM at Holy Rosary cemetery on Brock Street in Rochester, NH, followed by a gathering to be announced at the service.
