Michael McIntyre

CSM Michael "Mike" McIntyre, 79, passed away on July 26, 2024, in Bennington, Vermont. Born on September 22, 1944, in Whitefield, NH, Mike dedicated 26 years of service to the U.S. Army, achieving the esteemed rank of Command Sergeant Major. Following his distinguished military career, he transitioned to a fulfilling role in the medical field, where he continued to impact lives positively. 

Mike was known for his love of laughter and the joy he brought to gatherings, cherishing moments spent with his family above all. He is survived by his daughter, Marianne Conway and her husband Todd; his son, Daniel McIntyre and his wife Natalie; and his youngest daughter, Kimberly Daisey and her husband Andrew; his five grandchildren Gabriele McIntyre, Monica McIntyre, Matthew McIntyre, Tyler Daisey and Lillian Daisey. Mike was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Susan McIntyre, his daughters Cathy and Janice McIntyre, and his sister Marilyn Shelley. 

A service to honor Mike's life and service will be held at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery in Boscawen, NH, at 2 pm on September 27, 2024. His legacy of warmth, dedication, and service will be remembered by all who knew him.
