Michael Velasquez, 71, passed away on Monday, April 1, 2019. Mike was born Jan. 12, 1948, in Massachusetts, a son of Thomas and Josephine (Ciarcia) Velasquez and had been a New Hampshire resident for many years.
Mike was pre-deceased by his wife of 47 years, Dale (Gordon)Velasquez.
Family includes one son, Tom Velasquez; three daughters, Amy Swenson and her husband, Jim, Cheryl Taylor and her husband, Neil, Paula Cyr and her husband, Rob; Six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
At Mike's request, there will be no services. His ashes will be scattered privately.
