Born on September 18, 1963, to the late Richard and Claudette Hebert (Lavigne), Michelle grew up attending Manchester West High School and the Pittsburg School. It was in the quiet beauty of Pittsburg, New Hampshire, where she met the love of her life, Daniel Lincoln. Their 46-year marriage was a testament to enduring love, built on a foundation of shared dreams and a quiet porch swing where they watched the sun go down together.

Michelle’s life was defined by a tireless drive to help others. A lifelong learner, she earned her Associate’s degree from Norwich University in 1989, followed by her Bachelor’s in Nursing and her Master’s as a Nurse Practitioner later from the University of New Hampshire. Her career in medicine was not just a job, but a calling. Whether she was providing care in her local community or traveling on mission trips to Guatemala, Haiti, and The Amazon to provide free medical care and spread the word of Jesus Christ, Michelle’s hands were always extended to those in need.

Her compassion did not stop at the clinic door. In 2021, she founded "Michelle’s Place," a non-profit dedicated to supporting underserved single mothers and families with diapers, food, and clothing—often funded by her own pocket because she believed it was simply "the right thing to do."

Michelle was a fierce advocate for those without a voice. Her home was a sanctuary for animals of all kinds. She was a dedicated supporter of the ASPCA and worked with numerous dog rescues to find homes for the forgotten. At home, she was rarely seen without her loyal dogs, Howie and Baby, by her side, and she found great joy in tending to her chickens, turkeys, ducks, pigs, and bees.

Though small in stature, Michelle was a force of nature and always ready for an adventure. She could be found splitting her own wood in the summer heat or tackling home projects with a smile that never faded. She enjoyed the quiet peace of knitting, the camaraderie of her book club, and the constant pursuit of knowledge—even acquiring her real estate license later in life just to broaden her horizons. She never sought credit for her kindness; the act of giving was reward enough.

Michelle is survived by her devoted husband, Daniel Lincoln; her children, Joseph Lincoln and his partner Christina Durnil, Jennifer Faulkner and her husband Bill, and Chantel Lincoln and her partner Joe West; as well as her cherished grandchildren, Maya West and Johnny West. She is also survived by her brothers, Rick Hebert and Mark Hebert, and a community of friends and neighbors whose lives were made better by her presence.

She was predeceased by her parents and her beloved son, Daniel "Doc" Lincoln, who passed away in 1983 as an infant. Her family takes great comfort in knowing she is holding him once again.
