Mildred K. Burgin, 81, of Franklin, NH died on June 9, 2000 at the VA Hospital in Manchester, NH after a long illness. Mrs. Burgin was born on April 3, 1919 in Charlotte, NC the daughter of the late Lee and Lorraine (Templeton) Kinney. She served in the U S Army from July 1943 until December 12, 1944 and was the in the first established group in WAAC. She was a charter member of Christian Science Church. She accomplished many things in her lifetime and had a constant desire to learn. Camping in the Blue Ridge Mountains was her passion. Family members include; two sons, Charles (Jacki) K. White of Franklin and John Lee White of Manchester; one brother and two sisters, Russell Kinney, Ruth Snider and Mary Randell, all of the Carolina's; two grandchildren, Charles F. White and Margaret I. White; and two great grandsons. There will be a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 17, 2000 from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the home of Mrs. Burgin's son, Charles White, 655 South Main Street, Franklin.
