Morton Rosenblatt

Morton Rosenblatt, 70, of 37 South Lincoln Street, Keene, NH died on April 26, 2000 at Cheshire Medical Center after a lengthy illness. Mr. Rosenblatt was born on December 26, 1929 in Huntington, NY the son of the late Alexander and Beatrice (Geller) Rosenblatt. In 1959 he was a disc jockey for WKBK Radio and later went on the own and operate Lafayette Radio in Keene. After retirement he worked part time at Have Car Will Travel in Keene. He enjoyed playing softball. Family members include; his wife of 44 years, Pauline (Ambrose) Rosenblatt; one son, Mark Rosenblatt of Hinsdale, NH ; two step daughters; one grandson; one brother, Bernard Rosenblatt of Worcester, MA; and numerous nieces and nephews. Services will be held in Hartford, CT at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the Monadnock Humane Society, West Swanzey, NH 03469.
