Myrtle G. “Jill� Langille, 84, of Goffstown, NH died April 9, 2009 at Mass General Hospital in Boston following an illness.
She was born in Nashua, NH on December 20, 1924, the daughter of the late Cecil and Maude (Terrien) Langille and had resided in Boston for many years before moving to Goffstown in 1986. Ms. Langille was employed as a statistician with the George Putnam Fund of Boston. She was a member of Goffstown Congregational Church and volunteered at Goffstown Network and Upreach Therapeutic Riding Center in Goffstown. Her smile and outgoing personality will surely be missed and she will be remembered for her helping hand to others.
Family members include two sisters, Priscilla Langille of Manchester and Shirley Smith of South Londonderry, VT; two brothers, Aubrey Langille of Mon Vernon and Russell Langille of California and three nephews.
Services and burial will be private. Memorial donations in Myrtle’s name can be made to the GEMSA, Goffstown Emergency Medical Services, 18 Church Street, Goffstown, NH 03045 or to one’s favorite charity. The Cremation Society of NH assisted the family with the arrangements.
