Nancy A. Yokoff

Nancy Ann Yokoff of Erie, PA passed away at the age of 82 on September 25, in Burlington, Massachusetts.

Born in Erie, Pennsylvania in 1939 to Sylvester and Geraldine Hellmann, Nancy settled in New Hampshire and then overseas where she raised three beautiful daughters. Nancy was a loyal, loving human being who truly touched everyone she met with her optimism and her inner and outer beauty. She loved travel, the beach and her family. She was a devout Catholic and her strong faith in God inspired so many people. She loved talking about Angels and Saints with everyone she crossed paths with. She had an infectious smile, an amazing spirit, and a wonderful ability to make people around her feel great about themselves and life. She was full of compassion and kindness. Affectionately referred to as “Granny”, she was cherished by her six grandchildren, with whom she shared an adoring bond. She will be missed dearly.
Nancy is survived by her three daughters, Bridget Jaracz and husband Noel; Heidi Rosenfeld and husband Diego; Sonya Fonseca and husband Carlos; Sisters Carol Coleman of Arizona; June Buckley and husband Rick of Virginia; Grandchildren Sophia and Bianca Fonseca; Alec Jaracz; Sylvester, Oliver, and Xavier Rosenfeld; and many nephews and nieces.

In lieu of flowers, those who wish to honor and celebrate Nancy’s life may donate in her name to St. Anthony’s Shrine in Boston, MA https://stanthonyshrine.org/giving/. The family will hold a private mass and funeral service.
