Nelson Barreiro Jr.

Nelson Barreiro Jr., 57, of Bedford, NH passed away unexpectedly Thursday, December 23, 2021.

Nelson was born March 15, 1964, to Nelson and Leila Barreiro and he was raised in Chicago. At the age of 18, Nelson relocated to New Hampshire and enjoyed a successful career with Manchester Department of Public Works which spanned 18 years. He was an avid fan of UCONN women's basketball and the Dallas Cowboys, and in his spare time he enjoyed playing basketball and pickle ball.

Nelson is survived by three bothers Jimmy Barreiro, Nestor Barreiro, and Andre Gonzalez, and four sisters, Susana Barreiro, Beatriz Yeye, Gladys Mattson, and Amara Souto. He was predeceased by his parents.

There will be no services at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
