Norma Mary Janson

Norma Mary Janson of Tallahasee, Florida, died peacefully October 13 at Woodlawn Nursing Home in Newport, NH. She was born, September 9, 1920 in the Bronx, NY, daughter of George and May (Pavelka) Janson Sr. She worked as a designer for IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY and Boca Raton, FL, retiring to Tallahasee after thirty years. Ms. Janson was a talented artist, enjoyed her garden and her pets, and was interested in history and classical music. She is survived by her daughter, Barbra Bragg, son-in-law John Bragg, and grandson Tony Bragg of Meriden, NH, and her brother George Janson of Tallahasee, FL. There will be a private service Saturday in Hopewell Junction, NY where Ms. Janson lived most of her life.
