Olin A. Mcconnell

Olin A. McConnell Jr., 48, of 37 Bradley Street, Manchester and formerly of Belchertown, MA, died peacefully on June 6, 2001 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack after a lengthy illness. Mr. McConnell was born on July 18, 1952 in Malden, MA the son of the late Olin and Jennie (Citro) McConnell. He was a program coordinator for the North Suffolk Mental Health Association in Chelsea, MA. He had been involved in human services since graduating from UMASS Amherst in 1978. Family members include; two sons, Timothy McConnell and Joshua McConnell both of Belchertown, MA; one brother Frederick McConnell of Middleton, NH; three sisters, Anna McConnell of Mission Viejo, CA, Diane Zuzulock of National Park, NJ and Jane Mastrogiovanni of Manchester. He was predeceased by his sister, Lana Stanioski. A Memorial Reception will be held on Sunday, June 10th from 10:00 until 11:00 AM with a Memorial Service at 11:00 AM at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire (an affiliate of Phaneuf Funeral Home), 243 Hanover Street, Manchester. In lieu of flowers donations may be made in his name to the American Cancer Society, 360 Route 101, Unit 501, Bedford, NH 03110.
