Ovide E. Sullivan, 67, of Fort Worth, Texas and formerly of Nashua died October 21, 2005 at Harris Hospital in Fort Worth following a lengthy illness. Mr. Sullivan was born on July 17, 1938 in Nashua, NH the son of the late Edward and Florence Anita (Allen) Sullivan. He was raised and educated in Nashua and went on to serve in the US Navy. He spent 20 years working as a custodian at the VA Hospital in Bedford, MA. Ovide moved to Fort Worth and had been working as a security guard for Wells Fargo until suffering a stroke several years ago. Ovide was predeceased by his wife, Joan (Valade) Sullivan who died August 25, 1995 and by a sister, Gail Sullivan who died in 2000. Family members include; one son, Gary Sullivan of Milford; his mother-in-law, Gilberte Valade of Nashua; three sisters-in-law, Claire and Dwayne Landry, and Diane and Ronald Plante both of Nashua and Vivienne and Richard Lajoie of Port Charlotte, FL; one brother, Richard Sullivan of Switzerland; several nieces, nephews and cousins. There will be a Memorial Service on Tuesday, November 8th at 10:00 AM at Living Streams Church in Nashua. Burial in St. Louis Cemetery will be private.
