Ovila Beaudry, 73, of 50 Underhill Street died at his home March 27, 2000 following a long illness. A resident of Nashua for many years, he was self-employed in the advertising market having owned and operated Bodry Signs since 1959. He was also a long time employee of Infant Jesus Parish. He served in the U.S. Navy on the USS Burdo as a Seaman, 2nd Class. He was a communicant of Infant Jesus Parish. He held membership in the Knights of Columbus, Council 10,943. Mr. Beaudry was born in Lowell, MA on March 19,1927. He is the son of the late Ovila Beaudry, Sr., and the late Evelyn (LaPointe) Beaudry. Mr. Beaudry is survived by his wife, Aline (Blanchette) Beaudry of Nashua,five sons, David Beaudry of Gilmanton IW, Daniel Beaudry of Merrimack, James Beaudry of No. Hampton, Steve Beaudry of Nashua and Alan Beaudry of Merrimack; three daughters, Linda Bell of Nashua, Susan Buxton of Nashua and Carol Silver of Litchfield; 24 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren, aunts, several nieces, nephews and cousins. A Memorial Service will be held at Infant Jesus Parish,121 Allds Street, Nashua on Friday, March 31, 2000 at 10:00 AM with burial to follow at St. Louis Cemetery.
