Pamela Hardy Andrews, 86, formerly of Amherst, NH, passed away peacefully on May 7, 2026, following complications from pneumonia.
Pam built a life centered around family, friendship, hard work, and caring for others. She earned a Bachelor’s degree from Skidmore College and an MBA from Rivier University. She had a long and successful career in healthcare and food service management, working with organizations including Sodexo, The Courville at Nashua, Memorial Hospital, and the Amherst school system.
Pam was known for her independence, determination, dependability, and strong work ethic. She enjoyed staying active throughout her life and was a longtime Jazzercise enthusiast, continuing classes well into her 80s. She loved gardening, cooking, dancing, music, and gathering with friends and family over a good meal and a nice glass of wine. She also enjoyed skiing for many years and remained active on the slopes well into her 70s.
Over the years, Pam spent much of her time on Cape Cod with family, where many treasured memories were made. She especially loved holidays with family and gatherings with her longtime dinner group and close friends.
She is survived by her children, Christina Wenzel of Amherst, NH; Scott Andrews of Bradford, MA; and Lynn Andrews of San Francisco, CA; her brother, Chris Hardy of Osterville, MA; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Wenzel, Tori Pioli, Samantha and Cait Andrews, Kian and Ryker Roland; and her great-grandchildren, Armada, Sebastian, and Hadley Wenzel.
Details regarding a celebration of life ceremony to be held this summer will be shared with family and friends at a later date. Flowers are welcome for the celebration of life service.
