Patricia Carnahan

Patricia Ann Carnahan (Dennis) passed on May 6th, 2017 at Catholic Medical Center due to acute respiratory failure. She was born in Manchester, NH on September 24, 1937 to Margaret Clark (Illinois) and Harold Dennis (NH).

As a teenager she loved ice skating and was talented enough to be a successful competitor. Her first job was as a waitress at the Puritan Restaurant. As an adult, Pat worked at RCL as a machinist but found her calling working with the elderly, as a Certified Nurses Aid at Hillsborough County Nursing home where she worked for 20 plus years.

Pat enjoyed crocheting and painting over the years and had even started learning how to play the guitar, as she loved music. Patsy Cline, Willie Nelson, as well as traditional hymns were amongst her favorites. Pat's faith was very strong and she read her bible daily always focusing on praying for her loved ones. She was selfless when it came to her family, always providing a loving and safe and secure home for her children as they were growing up. Pat always opened her
home to those in need, for as long as they needed it, and she made a delicious plate of spaghetti! Pat was the perfect example of compassion, hard work, tenacity and the power of love and faith.
