Patricia K. Dahme

We are sad to announce the passing of Patricia (Pat) Dahme, who died on May 26. She was born in New York City on December 23, 1950, to Marjorie and John (Jack) Dahme. She is survived by Brian Kugel, her husband; children Philip Kugel, and Kelley Kugel; daughter-in-law Karin Kugel; beloved grandchildren Wesley, Alfred and Evelyn Kugel; siblings James Dahme (Sharon), Dorothy Kovach (Alex), and Deborah Sheridan. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Marjorie Vasoulas, and her brother-in-law William Sheridan.

Pat was a proud nurse and a proud feminist. She earned a BSN degree from Boston College and a Master of Nursing from Yale University.

She has held Faculty appointments at the University of Pittsburgh and Colby-Sawyer College. In addition to private practice, she spent over 20 years at Womankind Counseling Center. She was past president of New Hampshire Nurse Practitioner Association and New England Chapter of American Psychiatric Nurse Association.

Pat had a zest for life, was smart and passionate and was not one to sit still for long. She was a Therapist, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Colleague, Mom, Spouse, Mimi, Sister, Chorister, Dancer, Tennis and Pickleballer, and soccer player. She was a member of the Concord Chorale, the UU Church of Concord Choir, and the Concord Garden Club.
