Patrick Angelo Picardi

Patrick A. Picardi, 86, passed
away Thursday, February 13, 2014, at his Loudon, NH home, formerly of Boston's North End.
Pat was born in Chelsea, MA, January 18, 1928
Son of Angelo and Grace (Dello Russo) Picardi.
He is survived by his wife Denyse Merullo
his brother Angelo and wife MaryAnn of Boston,
ex-wife Shirley, their son Marc,
daughter-in-law Priscilla (Walsh) Picardi-Haswell,
Angelo kept in touch with his Brother and visited every week to help Pat deal with all of his illnesses. Angelo has done so much over the years. Pat could not get over what a good person that Angelo is, that is all he would talk about was his Brother.
Christian Picardi-Haswell is the quiet one, along with Michael Picardi, but both Christian and Michael cared and respected Pat dearly.
Patrick Picardi-Haswell is the image of Pat and both grandchildren have and had plenty of respect and enjoyment of Pat. coming to visit him often. Both Christian and Patrick called him often and every holiday.
David Picardi, Tate Pasternak and Michael Picardi (nephew) called him for Holiday's and saw him during his needs.
Tasha (Pasternak), Jennifer (Picardi) and Bryna (Pasternak) all cared dearly for "Uncle Pat".
Tony Merullo kept Pat busy making friendly wagers on the ball game, winning most of the time. Pat always had something for Tony to do when ever he dropped by often.
Pat loved the "carrot soup" that Belinda made for him in the last days, and the caring that she did for so many years.
Tony and Belinda used to have us over for dinner often, which Pat did enjoy.
Michael and Ferne Pasternak gave Pat plenty of scratch tickets to keep him busy as well as coming to see him quite often.Driving in a snow storm for hours, just to see Pat. Doing what they could to help out.
Pat really liked our friends that we met here in Loudon, Glenn and Francine Clave, they are the BEST people he could have met in a lifetime. Only wish that he had more time to enjoy their company.
Cheryl was his dialysis nurse, Erin was his hospice nurse and Dr. Charlat was his kidney doctor, all three people put a big smile on his face when he saw them.
"Bella" is the oldest and Pat's favorite, while "Bannen" is quite the watch dog and Doza, Bannen's son was Pat's best dog of all.
4 grandchildren , 3 nephews, 3 nieces, 4 grand-nephews and 2 grand-nieces

Pat had open heart surgery and was on dialysis for the last three years.
