Paul Francois Methot, 76, of Candia, New Hampshire passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 17, 2026 after a period of declining health.

He was born January 1, 1950 in Manchester, New Hampshire, the son of the late Arthur Methot and Bernadette (Boutin) Methot.

He married Rinette Dubois on December 26, 1971 and they had two children, Natalie and Arthur.

He had worked in Genest Bakery for many years and from there he went into sheet metal work.

He loved living “in the country” where he had a garden and raised chickens. Every year he chopped wood for his winter supply of fuel.

Paul’s family includes Natalie Methot and her husband, John Falconi, of Oakham, Massachusetts and Arthur “Artie” Methot of Candia, New Hampshire; three grandchildren, Iliana, Abigail and JR Falconi. He is survived by four siblings: Angele Morrissey, Alphee Methot, Clement Methot and Jean-Guy Methot as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: A private graveside service at Mount Calvary Cemetery in Manchester, New Hampshire will be held for his family and friends at a later date.
