Paul H. Montminy, 70, died May 21, 2009, at his home.

Mr. Montminy was born on October 13, 1938, in Manchester, NH, the son of the late Henry and Cora (Gagne) Montminy.

He was a lifelong resident of the Pinardville area, and was a graduate of Goffstown High School, with the class of 1958.

Prior to retirement, Mr. Montminy was employed as an electrician with IBEW Local Union 719 & 490. He was a lifelong member of the Pinardville Athletic Club and the Circle Nation.

Mr. Montminy was an avid fan of New England sports, Nascar, and a big fan of Bill Parcells.

Members of his family include; his wife of 50 years, Claire (Fortin) Montminy, of Manchester; 5 children, Cheryl Caulfield of Goffstown; Paul Montminy, of Lake Charles, LA; Ken Montminy, Lynn Bechard, Glen Montminy, all of Goffstown, and 1 brother, Stanley Wood of Newington, CT

IN HIS LIFE: In addition, other family members include; his son-in-law, Mark Caulfield, of Goffstown, and 4 granddaughters, Kaylyn, Nicole, Samantha, Brianna, and his sister-in-law, Lorraine Wood, of Newington, CT.

A memorial gathering will be held on Sunday, May 24, from 4:00 – 8:00 PM at the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover Street, corner of Union Street, in Manchester. A memorial service will be held in the chapel at 243 Hanover Street, in Manchester, on Monday, May 25, at 10:00 AM. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, 1:00 PM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery, 110 DW Highway, in Boscawen.

In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to VNA of Manchester & Southern NH, Inc., 33 S. Commercial Street, Suite 401, Manchester, NH 03101, in memory of Mr. Montminy.

The Cremation Society of NH assisted the family with arrangements.
