Paul Edward Murphy

Paul E. Murphy, 45, of 9 Falkland Lane, Rochester, NH died on May 13, 2000 at his home after a long illness. Mr. Murphy was born on October 28, 1954 in Boston, MA the son of the late George F. Murphy and Maurgerite (Cadigan) Murphy. He was a manager of Christy's Convenience Store in Weymouth, MA for over 20 years and was then employed at Spencer Press in Wells, Maine until his illness. He was the past President of the Weymouth Babe Ruth League. Family members include; his wife of 12 years, Joan E. (Keech) Murphy; his mother, Maurgerite Murphy; one brother, Brian Murphy of Abington, MA; three sisters, Mrs. Joan O'Neill of Norwell, MA, Mrs. Linda DiRico of Springfield, PA and Rita Marie Murphy of New York, New York; four nieces and many aunts and uncles. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, May 20, 2000 at 10:00 AM at St. Jerome's Church, Bridge Street, Weymouth, MA. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sisters of St. Joseph, Bethany Convent, Framingham, MA or the American Diabetes Association, 132 Middle Street, Manchester, NH 03101.
