Pauline A. Schulhofer, 72, of Manchester died February 29, 2004 at Hackett Hill Nursing Home after complications from COPD (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease). Mrs. Schulhofer was born on July 30, 1931 in Manchester the daughter of the late Alfred and Irene (Morin) Lamy. Pauline was a parishioner of St. Patrick Church and was involved with many parish activities prior to her illness. She was an activities director, member of the Ladies Guild and had previously taught CCD (religious education). Mrs. Schulhofer loved to vacation in the White Mountains of New Hampshire with her husband. She was also an avid shopper. Family members include; her husband of 28 years, Max Schulhofer of Manchester; one daughter, Susan Monnelly of Merrimack; one grandson, Nathan Gagnon of Dover; two brothers, Richard Lamy of New London and Maurice Lamy of Manchester; two sisters, Theresa Rice of Weare and Connie Mahoney of Alabama; and several nieces and nephews. There will be a Memorial Mass on Thursday, March 4th at 10:00 AM at St. Patrick Church on 132 Coolidge Avenue in Manchester. Burial will take place at a later date at the New Hampshire State Veteran Cemetery.
