Peter J. Veros

Peter J. Veros, 46, of 123 Pleasant Street, Manchester, died at Catholic Medical Center on April 3, 2003. He was born in Leominster, MA on October 4, 1956, the son of Joseph Hector Plouffe of California and Pauline (Levasseur) Veros of Londonderry. He had been a resident of Londonderry for several years before moving to Manchester one year ago. He was predeceased by his stepfather, Nicholas Veros. He has worked as a chef for the Fireside Restaurant in Methuen, MA. Family members, in addition to his parents, include his son, Peter James Veros of Naples, FL; a sister, Susan Vlahos of Walpole, MA; two nephews, one grand niece, one aunt and several cousins. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday morning at 10:00 in St. Jude Church, Londonderry with a graveside committal service to follow at Pine Grove Cemetery, Manchester at 1:00 PM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Peter's memory to a charity of ones choice. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
