Phillip G. Tack

Phillip G. Tack, 69, of Claremont, died Tuesday July 29, 2008, at Concord Hospital. He was born on November 7, 1938 in Elizabeth, NJ to Melvin and Louise (Tottle) Tack. He was the widower of Lorraine (Crane) Tack who died in 2004. He is survived by his brother, Robert Tack of Epsom. Inurnment will private in the Hartland Village Cemetery, Hartland, VT.
