Phyllis L. Perdue, 79, of Gainesville, Florida died on August 26, 2000 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer. Ms. Perdue was born on December 19, 1920 in Iron Mountain, Michigan the daughter of the late Claude and Ruth (Peterson) Wahlstrom. She was formerly a secretary for the school district in Iron Mountain, Michigan. She was a member of the Northwest Baptist Church of Gainesville, Florida and was a member of their Christian Woman's Club. She recently moved to NH to be near family during her illness. Family members include; one son, John C. Rosala of Natick, MA; one daughter, Dr. Carol Jennison of Latham, NY; three grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother, Leslie Wahlstrom of Curtis, Michigan; one sister, Carol Gauthier of Iron Mountain, Michigan; several nieces and nephews.
