Ralph W. Gilmour

Ralph W. Gilmour, 81 of Bedford NH, died August 25, 2023, at Elliot Hospital in Manchester NH.

He was born in Grasmere NH on May 22, 1942, to Rudolphe and Jeanne (Beasley) Gilmour. He lived most of his life in Manchester and Bedford NH.  He graduated from Bishop Bradley High School and Hesser Business College.

Ralph was a successful businessman, who along with his partner, Stanley Brav, started Stag Enterprises, Inc. until his retirement.

For many years, Ralph and his family created lasting memories at their cottage on Northwood Lake.  He loved his boat, jet skiing, and water skiing.  In the winter, he and his family enjoyed snow skiing and snow boarding at Bretton Woods and Waterville Valley.  He loved going snowmobiling in Canada with his friends.

Ralph will be remembered as a loving husband and father.

Surviving family members include his wife of 58 years, Monika (Sandner) Gilmour; son Scott and his wife Eileen of Merrimack; daughter Christine who lives with her parents; and sister Deanne and brother – in- law William Angell of Carver MA.

In honor of Ralph’s wishes, there will be no calling hours, and funeral services will be private.
