Ralph E. Sullivan, 67, of Plainfield died January 5, 2004 at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center following a lengthy illness. Mr. Sullivan was born on July 17, 1936 in Meriden, NH, son of the late Frank and Nancy (Nelson) Sullivan. He was a mason tender for most of his life and later worked for the Town of Plainfield. He loved fishing and spent many summers working in Canada as a fishing guide for Broad Back Fishing Camp. He was loved by many people and will be missed in the community. Family members include; two sons, Albert Sullivan and Eric Sullivan both of Meriden; one daughter, Patricia Bash of Meriden; a stepson, Joe Saltmarsh of Grantham; four grandchildren; two brothers, Raymond Sullivan of Windsor, VT and Theodore Sullivan of Lyme; one sister, Jeannette Flynn of Windsor, VT; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Sullivan was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn (Wiggin) Sullivan who died in August of1999. Services will be private.
