Randy Paul Frechette, 69, passed away Tuesday, January 21st, 2020 at his home in Brattleboro. He was born on August 27th, 1950 in Brattleboro, Vermont, the son of Paul Harvey and Louisa (Leonard) Frechette.
He was a lifetime resident of Brattleboro, Vermont and graduated from Brattleboro Union High School in the class of 1969. Randy was employed with the Brattleboro Housing Authority for about 35 years.
He was a proud father and papa who never missed a sporting event and found tremendous joy in his family's accomplishments. He was a longtime life member of the Brattleboro Elks Lodge #1499. Randy enjoyed playing a game of cribbage and pool with friends, spending time with his grandson, watching sports and old westerns, skiing, fishing, and previously enjoyed spending time at the family camp in Morgan, VT on Lake Seymour.
He is survived by his sons Brian Paul Frechette and his wife Amy, Matthew Frank Frechette and his fiance Chelsea Ogden; two grandsons Cameron Frechette and Jackson Frechette; sister Brenda Frechette Emery and husband Doug Emery; brother Tom Frechette and wife Tracy Frechette, and many nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Brattleboro Elks Lodge located at 75 Putney Rd, Brattleboro, VT 05301on Saturday February 8, 2020 at 1:00pm.
