Raylynn Marie Schoner - Metuchen, New Jersey 

Raylynn Marie Schoner, 51, passed away peacefully at Granite VNA Hospice House in Concord, New Hampshire, on Monday, September 14, 2026, after a courageous battle with breast cancer.

Raylynn was born on November 29, 1974, in Glendale, Arizona, to Raymond Lapeyrouse and Merrill Guertin. She was preceded in death by her father and is survived by her mother, Merrill Guertin, and stepfather, Thomas Guertin.

Raylynn is also survived by her sister, Lisa M. Guertin; her ex-husband and lifelong friend, Scott Schoner; and, most importantly, her two daughters, Marcella Schoner and Madeline Schoner, who were the center of her world.

Raylynn was many things to many people: a daughter, sister, mother, friend, Army veteran, Spanish linguist, trivia teammate, karaoke partner, movie lover, and the person you called when you needed to laugh, complain about your day, or hear an opinion you knew would be completely honest.

To know Raylynn was to know that there was always room for one more conversation, one more joke, one more movie quote, and one more song. Her friends and family will forever wish they had just a little more time with her — more laughs, more harmonizing, more karaoke, more ridiculous conversations, and more of those evenings spent together.
