Raymond Alfred Becker

Raymond Alfred Becker, 79, of 69 Rogers Road, Goffstown, NH died July 12 , 2003 at his residence. He was born in Syracuse, NY on November 28, 1923, the son of Arthur and Elma (Lovine) Becker. He was a World War II Army Veteran. He had worked for Security Heel and Foster Grant as a plastics engineer. He enjoyed bowling and fishing and was an avid baseball card collector. He also enjoyed watching the Red Sox and the Patriots. He was the widower of Mary (Duval) Becker, his wife of 47 years, who died in May 2003 and was predeceased by two grandchildren. Family members include three daughters, Patricia Fisher of Westfield, MA, Barbara Becker of Manchester, NH and Michelle Frawley of Hooksett, NH, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren; a brother, Irving Becker of VA; four sisters, Mina Burns, Elma 'Sis' Stanton and Jean Wood all of Syracuse, NY and Noreen Smiroldo of West Palm Beach, FL; and many nephews, nieces and cousins. A graveside committal service will take place at Mount Calvary Cemetery on Thursday at 11:00 AM. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
