Raymond Joseph Guilbault, 79, passed away Monday, May 9, 2016 in Pelham N.H.. He was born on February 7, 1937 the son of George and Annette Bourassa. He was the husband of Janice Guilbault (Nelson). Raymond had been a resident of Pelham since 1976.
Raymond proudly served in the United States Marines for over 24 years, an accomplishment he was very proud of. He served two tours in Vietnam. During his military career, he and his wife lived all around the world, including Africa. After retiring from the military, he went on to work as a security officer in the Boston Federal Building and the Manchester Courthouse, finally retiring as a mail handler for the United States Postal Service.
Raymond leaves behind a son, Randy Guilbault of Pelham, N.H.; two daughters, Wendy L. McPherson of Litchfield, N.H., and Michelle Kelley of Nashua, N.H.; 9 grandchildren; sister and brothers; nieces and nephews.
A memorial gathering will take place at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover St., Manchester, NH on Tuesday, June 7 at 5pm with a memorial service to follow at 6pm. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire has been entrusted with the arrangements.
