Raymond B. Haley
Raymond Butterfield Haley, aged 54, died Sunday, May 19, 2024 at Alpine Healthcare Center in Keene, New Hampshire, from respiratory and pulmonary complications. He was born on July 21, 1969 in Bellows Falls, Vermont, the son of the late Cecil Haley, Sr, and the late Deborah (Cox Haley Fountain) Bowen.
Raymond enjoyed connecting with the outside world through social media and had many friends at AHC. Due to his various illnesses, he sustained a leg amputation, but that did not stop him from fully participating in life and activities that brought him joy. He always had a smile and kind word for anyone that took the time to know him.
Raymond was preceded in death by his baby daughter, Rebecca Haley.
He is survived by two brothers, Cecil Haley, Jr. of New Hampshire, and Wayne Fountain of West Virginia. He is also survived by two sons, Scott Haley and Raymond Gordon.
SERVICES will be on Friday, July 5, 2024 at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire located at 57 High St. Brattleboro, Vermont. Family and friends will be received from 9:00 am -10:00 am with the funeral service immediately following. Interment will be at Evergreen Cemetery in Winchester, NH.
In lieu of flowers, those who wish may make a memorial contribution to the American Diabetes Association. Memorial Gift | ADA (diabetes.org)
