RAYMOND G. HALL Loving Husband, Father, and Grandfather Raymond G. Hall, 82, of Merrimack, passed away on February 19, 2008 at the Community Hospice House, in Merrimack, after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born in Lowell, MA on June 23, 1925. He was the son of the late Raymond and Georgianna (Lessieur) Hall. He was the widower of Dorothy (Therriault) Hall who passed on August 20, 2004. Mr. Hall resided in Pelham, NH for many years prior to residing in Richmond Hill, GA for 15 years. He moved back to NH in July of 2006 to be with his daughter's family and to finally reside in Merrimack. Mr. Hall served in the US Navy during World War II. He was a member of the VFW of Nashua and of the American Legion of Hudson. Mr. Hall enjoyed spending his time playing cards, sharing stories, caring for animals, and being with his family. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Annie (Hall) and Paul Dupont of Merrimack; 3 grandchildren, Sharon (Dupont) Yost and her husband, Matthew, of Enfield, CT; Shawn Dupont and his wife Jennifer of Merrimack, and Sherry (Dupont) Rosswaag and her husband Thomas, of Merrimack; 2 sisters and a brother, Therese (Hall) Bourassa and her husband Roland of Nashua, Mabel (Hall) Walterback of Pelham, John Hall and his wife Irene of Dracut, and a sister-in-law Anita Hall of Pelham. He was predeceased by a brother Robert Hall, and a brother-in-law, John Walterback. There are no calling hours. A time of gathering will be Friday, February 22, 11:30 AM at the NH State Veterans Cemetery, in Boscawen. In lieu of flowers, donations in his name may be made to the Community Hospice House, 210 Naticook Road, Merrimack, NH 03054.
