Rebecca (Beckwith) Duclos, 83, died on Thursday, June 30, 2016 at Elliot Hospital in Manchester. She was born on May 25, 1933 in Oakham, daughter of Fabius and Rhoda Beckwith.
She was the beloved wife of the late C. John Duclos.
An expert crafter, she enjoyed gifting others with her amazing projects. Everything from afghans to wedding dresses, her talent was remarkable. She often made childrens hats and mittens and donated them to nearby hospitals and charities. She also enjoyed long distance walking and was very connected to her Mohawk roots.
Along with her husband, John, parents, Fabius and Rhoda, and her children Bill and Carole, she was predeceased by all of her sisters and brothers except one, Nina.
She is survived by her daughter, Raven; son, John and his wife Denyse (Elmore); grandchildren Becky, Rayna, Jonathan, Jillian, Heidi, Derek, Alysia, and Michelene; and great-grandchildren, Dylan and Hayley.
SERVICES: A memorial gathering will be held this Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 4-5pm at the Cremation Society of NH, 243 Hanover Street in Manchester, followed by a traditional ceremony starting at 5pm. Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
