EPPING, N.H. – Richard Paul Dunleavy, 80, of Epping, N.H., formerly of Harrisburg, died Wednesday, Sept. 17 at home.
Born June 3, 1934 in Elizabethville, he was the son of late Paul J. Dunleavy and Beatrice Buffington. He was a graduate of Elizabethville High School. As a veteran of the US Air Force, he toured in Libya, France, Holland, Spain, Taiwan and Nebraska. He retired from the US Air Force after 20 years to settle in Harrisburg. He continued civil service work at New Cumberland Army Depot where he retired after 24 years.
He is survived by two sons, Brian Dunleavy of Tucson, A.Z. and Paul Dunleavy of Epping, N.H.; and a sister Patricia Harris of York. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ching Dunleavy.
A private service was held on Sept. 26.
