Richard H. Dustin, 80 of Penacook, NH died July 15, 2008 at the Concord Regional VNA Hospice House. Richard was born March 14, 1928 in Franklin, NH; son of the late Geraldine Hutchinson Dustin and Harold Quincy Dustin. Richard resided in Franklin and Tilton for most of his life before moving to Penacook, NH. He was an airplane engine mechanic for the United States Air Force. He was the recipient of the WWII Victory Medal and the Army of Occupation Medal. He was an avid fisherman and will forever be remembered as saying "Don't Sweat the Small Stuff." He is survived by his loving wife of 37 years Deborah Dustin; his daughter Suzanne Dustin Hirsch and husband Steve; his grandson Jason T. Smith and wife Billy Jean; his two great-grandchildren Michael and Matthew Smith his three brothers Stanley, Marty, and John; and his two sisters Shayne Collins and Barbara Arnold. He is predeceased by his three brothers Glen, Norman, and Dale. Services will be held at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH 03303 on Friday July 25, 2008 at 10am.
