Richard "Butch" F. Motuzas, a 47 year resident of Nashua, NH died after a brief illness, surrounded by Family at Lahey Clinic, Burlington Ma. on July 5, 2017 at the age of 78.

Richard is survived by his wife of 52 years, Claudette LaCasse Motuzas; his children, Michelle Motuzas and Jeffrey Motuzas, daughter-in-law, Crystal Motuzas. Grandchildren, Alexander Johnson, Ian Johnson, Elyse Motuzas and Trey Motuzas. His brother Edward Motuzas and sister-in-law Joan Motuzas of Milford Ma. Sister-in-law and brother-in-law Joline LaCasse Albert and Richard Albert. As well as numerous nephews.

Richard was born in Cambridge Ma, on June 15th, 1939 to Vincent and Julia (Ananis) Motuzas. He graduated from Rindge High School in 1957. An employee of Polaroid for 40 years, Richard was an avid photographer and enjoyed capturing both the beauty of his surroundings and the memories of all the gatherings with friends and family.

In addition to photography and his family, Richard was an avid sports fan, having played baseball, football and basketball in his youth, his staunch loyalty to area teams was well known! This was made evident in the many kids he coached in little league throughout the years.
He will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who knew him.
A Celebration of Life is scheduled for 5:00 p.m.- 7:00 pm on July 10 at the Cremation Society of New Hampshire, 243 Hanover St., Manchester. For more information or to view an on-line Tribute, go to www.csnh.com
