Richard (Rick) Roberge
Richard (Rick) Albert Roberge, 56, died Tuesday, May 12th 2020 at Community Hospice House in Merrimack, NH after a courageous year and a half long battle with cancer and numerous other illnesses. Rick was a true warrior, who despite all the challenges he faced maintained a positive outlook in life.
He was born on October 29th 1963, in Manchester, NH, son of Maurice, Sr. and Frances (Burke) Roberge.
Rick graduated from Manchester West High School and the Houle Academy of Beauty and was a licensed beautician. He worked at the Preference Styling Salon in Bedford and numerous other places as a hairdresser for over 30 years. He also served in the United States Navy.
Rick enjoyed playing cornhole, singing karaoke, dancing, gardening, being with horses, and spending time with friends.
He is survived by his sister, Maureen (Roberge) Remillard and her husband Gerry and three brothers. He is also survived by Joni Clemons, whom he thought of as a second mother and her husband Jim. Among his many close friends were Maureen Johnson, Noella Johnson St. Denis, Tina Nadeau and Karen Lynn. He is now together in Heaven with the love of his life, Roger.
No formal services will be held at this time. A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
