Richard R Stover, Sr

Richard R. Stover, Sr. (Elizabeth), passed away on April 8th 2025 at the age of 78. Richard enlisted in the Marine Corps at the age of 17 where he was shipped out to fight in the Vietnam War. After sustaining heavy shrapnel injuries from an IED, he returned home a Purple Heart recipient. Richard then settled back into life as a long-haul trucker for many years before becoming a long-time bus and truck driver for the Spartan Drum and Bugle Corps, which is what many people knew him for.

Richard (Elizabeth) is survived by many loving family members including his wife ,Pamela Stover; daughters, Jacqueline Faria, and Tammy Bowman; son, Richard R Stover Jr.; along with his step children, Chris Baker, Ashley Wade, Jacquline Rocca and Robert Smyth as well as many grandchildren and extended family. Richard will be missed by all who knew him.

SERVICES: There will be a Military Memorial Service held on Friday 4/18/25, 10am, at the NH State Veteran’s Cemetery, 110 Daniel Webster Highway, Boscawen, NH.
