It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Richard Charles Touchette, Sr. (Tewy), age 83, who passed away on September 14, 2026. He was born in Berkshire, Vermont, to Richard H. Touchette and Theresa A. Leveille.

Richard worked for 30 plus years for Merrimack Street Volvo in Manchester, NH, and was currently working as a custodian for the past fifteen years for Pembroke Academy and SAU.

He was predeceased by his wife Florence Touchette and his stepson David Willis.

He is survived by his children: Thomas Touchette and his wife Angela Touchette of Epsom, NH, Kathy Grace of Concord, NH, and Richard C. Touchette Jr. and his partner Patti Garon of Lebanon, NH. His brothers: Albert Touchette of Manchester, NH, Ricky Touchette of Chula Vista, CA, Kim Evans and his wife Debra of Moody, TX. His sisters: Anna Beliveau of Allenstown, NH, Lea Touchette of Manchester, NH, Mary Case of Nashua, NH, Debbie Kenny and her partner Dean West of Harpers Ferry W., VA, Donna Haasz and her husband Steve Haasz of South River, NJ. His grandchildren: Jason, Sarah, Jacob, Michele, Kristy, and Kathy, as well as many beloved great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and many nieces and nephews, as well as many cherished friends.

His family will always remember his love of fishing, deer hunting, as well as his recent trip to Maui for his son’s wedding, his trip to California to visit family, and his love of soap operas and America’s Got Talent. Richard above all cherished time with his family and friends. Richard may be gone from our sight, be never from our hearts.

Assisting the family with arrangements is the Cremation Society of NH, Boscawen. There will be a Cemetery Committal Service on Friday, September 25, 2026, at 10 a.m. at Blossom Hill Cemetery, 207 N State Street, Concord, NH. The family invites all who wish to attend to join them in honoring Richard's life. Following the service, there will be a gathering at Common Man Restaurant, 25 Water St, Concord, NH (or if using GPS enter 1 Gulf Street Concord, NH).
