Rita M. Parker

Rita M Parker 94, born in Pembroke MA, to Paul Boucher and Rose (Ouellette) Boucher, passed away on September 1, 2022, surrounded by her loving family.  Predeceased by her husband Lauren E Parker, daughter Ruth R Brooks, granddaughter Jennifer Todd, brother Paul Boucher and his wife Marie. 

Rita was a devoted wife, mother, and the best “Grammy” any person could have.  She dedicated her life to raising her children, and showing unconditional love to all that she knew.  She participated in the “dayout program” for over 19 years, where she made many friends and touched many hearts.  She learned to sew, paint and craft, for which she shared with everyone in her family. 

She is survived by her sister Loretta Parker; son Robert Parker and his wife Nancy, son Albert Parker and his wife Cheryl, daughter Kathy Payeur, daughter Lois Parker;  her grandchildren Norman Brooks Jr, Jessica Damon, Eric and Adam Parker, Christina Damon, Joshua and Christopher Payeur, Amber Lang, Ashley and Brianna Neely; great-grandchildren Nevin Grondin; Jade Brooks; Ava, Orrie, Isla, Esmae; Arlo and Emra Damon; Jake and Chance Parker; Derek, Megan, and  Brandon Todd; Emma and Isaiah Damon; Jaylyn Leeman; Marissa, Jillian, and Melody Payeur; Abigail Lang; great-great-grandchildren Armani and Aesir Watson. 

She loved holding and spoiling all babies (they brought her great joy). She also loved spending time with her family.  She is already greatly missed by her family. 

A celebration of life will be held on Sept 25^th from 1p-4p. Please contact her daughter Lois for location of celebration. Her favorite color was red, please join us in the celebration by wearing something red.
