Rita M. Tenney

Rita M. (Gilbert) Tenney, age 73, of 37 Mason Street in Winchendon, died at home on July 22, 2003 after a long illness. She was born in Winchendon May 6, 1930, she was the daughter of Irene C. Earle and William L. Gilbert. She lived in Winchendon all her life. She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Everett E. Tenney, four sons, Michael D. Connors of Fitchburg, David C. Connors of Warwick, RI, Randy N. Tenney and his wife Tracey of Winchendon, and Danny C. Tenney and his wife Jaime of Rindge NH, and a daughter, Judy I. Grehan and her husband Richard of Hancock NH; 13 grandchildren and one great grandchild; three brothers, John W. Gilbert of Citrus Hills FL, Arthur J. Gilbert of Winchendon and Douglas R. Earle of Rensselaer NY, and two sisters, Dorothy I. Plouffe and Sharlene A. Ford, both of Gardner. She was predeceased by another son, Joseph P. Connors, Jr. Private services and burial will be at the discretion of the family.
