Robert Edward Stead

CENTER BARNSTEAD - Robert "Bob" E. Stead, 74, died Wednesday, Feb. 20, 2008, at Concord Regional Visiting Nurse Association. Pat, his wife of 45 years, and their daughter, Kim, were with him. Bob fought a yearlong battle with mesothelioma. Bob owned Nostalgia Bed and Breakfast and Nostalgia Antiques on Route 4 in Northwood. In addition to his wife, Pat, and daughter, Kim, Bob leaves a daughter, Robin, and two sons, Robert and Wayne. Bob also leaves a brother, Jack, and sister-in-law, Nora; and a sister, Merle, and brother-in-law, George Tommey. Calling hours will not be held. Memorial services will be held in the spring at Cathedral of the Pines in Rindge, where Bob will be buried.
