Rodney Beale Shepardson, age 77, of Nashua, New Hampshire, died on July 31, 2026. He was the son of Daniel Beale Shepardson and Ruth Winslow Shepardson who created a loving home. He is survived by his sister, Martha Shepardson-Killam and her husband David Killam. He also leaves behind colleagues from his various places of work as well as many friends he has cherished over the years including his good friends Janice Elllerin and her husband Tom. The family will hold a private ceremony in his memory.

Rod was an amazing person. He was a graduate of The Rivers School and Amherst College and he cherished those school years. He was a life long learner and there was no subject that did not peak his curiosity which resulted in him reading countless books and engaging in many conversations with family and friends.

He was charitable and he donated to several causes that aligned with his beliefs including his love of animals and the arts.

He had many jobs related to his expertise in technology which included Digital Equipment Corporation, the Raynham Police Department, and Salem State University among others.

Rod will be remembered fondly by many people for sure.
