Roland Petrin

Roland "Butch" Petrin, 79, of Concord, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 13, 2024, at his home in Concord, NH. He was born in Manchester, NH on August 23, 1944, son of the late Roland J. Petrin and Beatrice (Pratte) Petrin.

He was a devoted husband and father and a friend to all who knew him. He was hardworking, and never hesitated to help anyone who asked for assistance. He had a great sense of humor that kept everyone smiling.

Butch attended Concord High School and later embarked on a diverse career path. He worked in the printing industry for many years at Village Press in Concord, Hazen Printing in Penacook, and Concord Lithograph in Concord. Even after retirement, he remained active by working part-time at Cozy Pond Camping Resort.

In his leisure time, Butch enjoyed seasonal camping, gathering around a campfire with loved ones, spending time with his family, baking sweet treats, wood working, ice fishing with his son, and staying busy as everyone's go-to handyman.

Butch is survived by his wife, Dorothy "Dottie" Petrin; his two children, Robert Petrin and his wife, Deb, their daughter, Meghan, and Kelley Petrin Murphy and her daughters, Kaylyn and Kristel; his sister, Jeanne Randall, and her husband, Bruce; and nieces and nephews.

Rest in peace, Roland "Butch" Petrin. Your kindness and dedication to helping others will always be remembered.
