Rollin Tabbutt Young

Rollin Tabbutt Young, Sr., 83, of Wolfeboro died on August 3, 2004 at home after a short illness. Mr. Young was born on October 15, 1920 in Everett, MA, the son of the late Clarence and Helen (Tabbutt) Young. Captain Young served in the U.S. Coast Guard for thirty-three years and in the Merchant Marines during WWII. He was a graduate of Massachusetts Nautical School and was active in their alumni group. His family members include; his wife of 59 years, Eleanor (Bates) Young; two sons, Rollin T. Young, Jr. of Juneau, Alaska and Stephen B. Young of Cumberland, RI; two daughters, Susan B. Young of Westfield, MA and Mary Arnquist of Dallas, TX; seven grandchildren; two great-granchildren; one brother, Fred Young of Wisconsin.
