Ronald N. LaMontagne

Ronald N. LaMontagne, 82, of Manchester, NH died at his home on June 19, 2025. He was born on March 24, 1943 in Manchester, NH, the son of the late Zerilas and Yvette (Fradette) Lamontagne. Ronald was the eldest of four children. He was a resident of Manchester for most of his life. He attended Ste Marie Grammar School and West High School. Ronald was predeceased by his wife of over 47 years, Lydia (Duguay) LaMontagne, his brother Richard Lamontagne, his sister Susan Lawrence, his sister-in-law Katherine (O’Brien) Lamontagne, and his granddaughter Christine LaBranche. Ronald is survived by his brother Robert Lamontagne of Merrimack, NH, his sister-in-law Monette Lamontagne of Manchester NH and his brother-in-law Charles (Danny) Lawrence of Manchester NH. He is also survived by his step-children Luke St.Pierre Sr. of Manchester NH, Marc St.Pierre of North Woodstock NH, Linda LaBranche of Manchester NH, and Peter St.Pierre and his wife Donna of Manchester NH. He also leaves eight step-grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Ronald enjoyed relaxing at his camp in Northwood NH, playing cards, and the company of friends, family, and the numerous dogs he had over the years. For over 35 years, he also enjoyed participating and selling goods at flea markets and fairs. Prior to his retirement he was employed as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at JacPac Foods in Manchester NH. In his younger days, Ronald had an adventurous spirit. He enjoyed traveling around the country searching for his future with a six year stint working in Philadelphia as an apprentice metallurgist.

There will be no Services, however a Celebration of Life will be held at a future date. Ronald will be interred at Mt Calvary Cemetery in Manchester NH.
