Ronald M. Rioux, Sr., 57, of 232 Spruce Street, Manchester, died April 28, 2000, at Elliot Hospital after a short illness. He was born in Derry, NH on October 29, 1942, the son of Florence (Hook) (Rioux) Ledeau and the late Albert Rioux and resided most of his life in Derry and the past seven years in Manchester. He attended Pinkerton Academy and Trinity Bible College. He owned and operated NH Wheelchair Transport, Inc. , and was previously a self employed contrator for 30 years. Family members include his wife Irene (Marchenko) Rioux, a son, Ronald Rioux, Jr., both of Manchester, three daughters, Lise Bauman of Laconia, Christine Boucher of Goffstown and Kimberly Bouthiette of Manchester, his mother of Baldwinville, Ma., two step daughters, Ivanna Rioux of Manchester and Christine Smith of Londonderry, ten grandchildren, a brother, Albert Rioux of Manchester, a sister, Linda Bonner of Derry, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Services will be private. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 360 Route 101 Unit 501, Bedford, NH 03110. The Cremation Society of New Hampshire is in charge of arrangements.
