Rose E. Estano

Rose Ellen (Conley) Estano, 75, passed peacefully on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.  Rose Ellen was born in Dorchester, MA on July 9, 1947, to Rose and John Conley. 

Rose Ellen grew up in Dorchester and met her one and only love of her life, George Estano.  They married on April 19, 1969 and lived a long happy life, eventually settling in Medford, MA until 2005 when they moved to Goffstown NH to be with their beloved grandchildren. 

Rose Ellen was a Licensed Nurse Practitioner and worked at Tufts New England Medical Center, for 30+ years as a neurology nurse and then as a per diem with multiple other departments. 

She enjoyed traveling, but most of all loved being with her children and grandchildren.   

She is predeceased by her husband, George who passed in June of 2021.  She leaves her children, Rick Estano and wife, Kathleen of Goffstown, NH and daughter Lori King and husband, Steve of Hudson, MA and her two grandchildren Alex and Abaigeal Estano of Goffstown, NH.  Both Rose and George lived every day for their grandchildren and spent just about every day of the past 20 years with the two of them from the day they were born.  She also leaves her nieces and nephew, Carol, Sandra, Trish, Debra, and Bob as well as many very close extended family and friends.  We can’t forget about her grand pups, Tango, Roxie and Drake. 

SERVICES: There will be an OPEN celebration of life, in which anyone wishing to pay their respects may join us on Thursday, August 4, 2022, from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Puritan Backroom Conference Center, 207 Hooksett Road, Manchester, NH. 

Since Rose Ellen loved and treasured her dogs and lost her beloved Max in April of 2021, in lieu of flowers, donations in her name can be made to the Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue, Inc. -  The Look Beyond Time Fund Donation - Yankee Golden Retriever Rescue, Inc. (ygrr.org)
